After your purchase you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once your package has been processed you’ll receive a tracking email. Packages are typically shipped between 3-5 business days from the date you place your order. Excluding weekends & holidays.

All sales are final. Blooming Earth is not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged orders on behalf of USPS or third parties. If you receive your product & it has been damaged, please send us a picture within 24hrs of receiving it. Once we review it we will contact you. We do not offer returns do

Please double check your address before confirming a purchase! A package that is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missing apartment number will not be issued a refund & you will be responsible for the shipping & handling fees to resend.

If you are purchasing internationally please keep in mind you may be responsible for additional taxes & duties upon delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over this & will not cover these charges. It is recommended to contact your local post office or customs office to confirm potential charges before placing an order.
