Breathe In. Breathe Out- Anxiety Relief
A tincture focused on helping with anxiety & panic attacks. I named it breathe in, breathe out so it would allow you to be conscious of your breath prior to working with it. If you get anxiety then you understand that overwhelming sensation you get all over your body, accompanied by heart palpitations and a racing mind. I know it can be debilitating, I’ve been there. Organic Ingredients 2fl.oz:
Wood Betony- Helps with anxiety, nervous exhaustion, & poor concentration. Known as one of the best herbs for grounding by helping those who have a hard time being present.
Passion Flower- Most known to help with relieving anxiety & nervousness. Takes the edge off by bringing relief to symptoms such as a racing heart or tension headache. Passion Flower tones the sympathetic nervous system. (MAY INTERACT WITH WARFARIN)
Kava Root- Has been known to relieve anxiety & stress almost instantaneously while also relieving any pain you may be experiencing. It brings a sense of euphoria & can help you get out of your head in social environments.
Motherwort- The lion-hearted herb. She is in a class of her own. Not only does this herb work on the physical aspects of the heart but supports the heart emotionally. If you have trouble with self confidence this is your herb. Motherwort works so well at moving us through emotional anguish & any anxiety that is associated with heart palpitations.
Linden- A sweet floral flavor linden helps to relieve anxiety & tension in the body. Helps to balance the mind, body & spirit while bringing an uplifting energy.
Tulsi- One of my favorite nervine herbs, the flavor is divine. It’s extremely uplifting & at the same time grounding yet playful. An adaptogen that will help you think with more with an open heart & manage a stressful situation.
Lavender- The scent alone is known to help relax & bring balance. It does the similar thing internally. A nice flavor, Lavender can help those who experience anxiety & nervousness. Also helpful for grief & stress.
