


Keep Ur Cool - Summer Tea
Did you know there are herbs that can cool the body down? Tis the season where the weather rapidly warms up & you feel like you’re melting the second you walk outside! This herbal tea has been my go-to summer blend for the past few years. It’s absolutely delicious & so refreshing. We’re working with herbs that are known as refrigerants & demulcents. They’re cooling & moistening in nature making this the perfect tea for people who tend to run hot or are easily affected by heat. Not only will it help you beat the heat, but it’s also very nutritive & supports your nervous system as well as digestion.
You can drink this hot, iced or my favorite way.. as a lemonade! It’s also a great addition for mocktails or cocktails!
We work with small farms to ensure the best quality herbs when it comes to taste & medicinal properties.
Organic herbs: Hibiscus, Holy Basil, Lemon balm, Oatstraw & Spearmint
Directions: Add 1tsp-1tbs of herb to hot or room temp water. Cover & let steep for 5-10 minutes. Add sweetener of choice & enjoy.
Servings: Between 22-50 servings depending on if you’re using tsp or tbs.
Herbal Lemonade: Get a quart size & fill it about 1/4-1/3 of the way with herbs. Or 1tbs per 1 cup of water. Pour water into your jar, cover with lid & put it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes to infuse. Once it’s done infusing strain your tea. Pour your tea back into your quart size jar add 1 cup of lemon juice & 1/2 cup sweetener of choice. Stir, pour over ice & enjoy your cool girl summer!
