Spring Equinox Workshop
Spring Equinox Workshop Tuesday 03/19/2024 12pm-5pm in Dade City, Florida
Many of you have asked for in person workshops & the time has finally aligned! Making it even more special by including some dear friends of mine to create a really special experience for you. We’ll be slowly transitioning out of the winter hibernation months & into the blooming spring. The Spring Equinox is natures new year. Where the earth begins to warm up, flowers start to bloom, birds are singing their sweet songs & we get this burst of creative energy.
It’s a time to plant your seeds & set intentions for the next six months. We’re manifesting our wildest dreams. Nothing is too big!
I couldn’t imagine a better way to start this new year than to have a workshop surrounded by nature & amazing people. This event will be hosted in Dade City on our farm with a total of twenty spots available.
The event will be curated by Touch of Venus. She has one muse & that’s divine femininity. Sourcing from only secondhand making everything sustainable with burst of colors, textures & creating an atmosphere that feels dreamy & ethereal.
We’ll have nourishing food provided by the amazing Nanas. Anisa is a holistic personal chef & advocate for healthy living. Her intentions are to spread awareness that food is medicine & health is wealth. She will be providing food that makes our bodies feel good & energized. Everything Anisa cooks is made with love, intention & absolutely delicious.
Followed by a hands on herbal workshop with Kay, herbalist & owner of Blooming Earth Herbals. Where we will make recipes for you to create & take home. Her goal is to empower you to feel confident working with herbs in your everyday life. This workshop will be beginner friendly & everything will be provided.
Next we’ll sit with sound healer Kristy Green as she helps you find your center & ground in the frequency of your higher self. Guiding you through relaxing your mind & body with yoga nidra & sound healing using quartz crystal bowls & koshi chimes.
Wrapping up the workshop we’ll sit with betty as she leads us through visualizing our goals as a group while learning how to channel our intentions for manifestation. Writing assignments, guided meditation & a brief lecture on the benefits of visualization.
We’re looking forward to sharing the Spring Equinox with you & providing an experience that brings insight to natures remedies & planting seeds of inspiration for the coming months.
